| CREATIVE PRESENTATION |
Creative Presentation is the first appearance by the contestant to the audience and the judging panel. The contestant's costume is required to follow the preliminary theme of "Into the Future" and should display originality and creativity. The judging of this category is primarily focused on costuming while the contestant's poise and appearance are important as well.
This category carriers a possible 20 pts of the overall maximum score of 150 pts. Minimum score: 6 pts |

| ON STAGE QUESTION |
At registration, each contestant will choose one of three questions that they feel most comfortable answering on stage during the Creative Presentation segment of the competition. The time between registration and the actual pageant is considered "prep time" for the contestant to formulate their answer. During Creative Presentation each contestant will be introduced to the audience by stage name and will be asked to answer the chosen question. This category, although judged at the same time as the Creative Presentation, is a separate category of its own. The emphasis for judging purposes is ont he contestant's ability to intelligently answer a question in front of an audience. Focus will be on comfort level on the microphone, content, and audience support.

| TALENT |
The Talent category is perhaps the most important category of the competition. Almost anything goes with the exception of any performance that displays nudity or inappropriate entertainment. The time limit for setup, performance, and clearing the stage is 7 minutes. The judging panel will be looking for a performance that entertains the crowd, is complete in thought, has appropriate costuming and is polished in presentation.
This category carries a possible 85 pts of the overall maximum score of 150 pts. Minimum score: 20 pts |

| CREATIVE EVENING WEAR |
The Creative Evening Wear category is open for interpretation. Judges will be looking for unique presentations. All evening apparel will be judged on the design, creativity and overall appearance. Hair styling, make up and poise are also integral parts of this category. The judges will be focusing on the contestant's choice of clothing as a "show stopping" appearance.
This category carries a possible 30 pts of the overall maximum score of 150 pts. Minimum score: 9 pts |
